v21 makes onlyAI multilingual end-to-end and gives the mobile admin a thorough polish. Your dashboard and the emails we send now speak English, Greek, German, Italian, and French — picked automatically and changeable any time under Team.
🌍 An interface in your language
- Admin UI in five languages — the whole dashboard translates to English, Greek, German, Italian, or French. New accounts start in your browser’s language (or, for businesses we reach out to, their country); change it anytime in Team.
- Emails follow suit — verification, welcome, and quota emails are sent in your account language.
- Existing accounts were auto-localized on release, so nothing reverted to English.
🤖 A primary language per bot
- Each bot now has a Main bot language — the language you train it in (its welcome, answers, and suggestion chips). The other widget languages are translated from it.
- A bot’s Template settings are shown in that bot’s language, so what you configure matches what your visitors see — independent of your own interface language.
📱 A polished mobile admin
- Search — a new button in the header jumps you to any setting, section, or action.
- Cleaner bot cards, a one-tap Delete bot, a Reindex knowledge button, and the “+ New bot” button hides once you reach your plan’s limit.
- Clearer errors — friendly messages instead of raw technical text, and adding a knowledge source no longer fails on a missing title.
- Fixes — the 12-week conversations chart no longer shows bars for empty weeks, notifications sit cleanly below the header, and the in-app Help assistant works across more setups.
